This refund policy describes how SEO Rose handles refund requests for all purchases on seorose.com. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and quick. If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — most situations are resolved without a formal refund request.
1. 14-Day Buyer Protection
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We honor every such request without dispute.

2. Refunds Beyond the 14-Day Window
For orders outside the 14-day window, refunds are handled at our discretion using the criteria below.
2.1 One-Time Service Packages
(Buy Google Reviews, Logo & Brand Identity Kit, Appointment Booking Setup, Web Design, and similar deliverable-based services.)
- Full refund if work has not yet started
- Partial refund if work is in progress, prorated against deliverables already completed
- No refund once final deliverables have been accepted by you in writing
2.2 Monthly Retainer Services
(Local SEO, Google Ads Management, Google Reviews Management, Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, and similar ongoing services.)
- You may cancel at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
- The current month's fee is non-refundable once the month has begun, because the work is delivered across the full month
- We do not prorate partial months
- Future months are not charged after cancellation
2.3 Reviews Services
(Buy Google Reviews, Google Reviews Management, Yelp / Facebook / Trustpilot / BBB Reviews Management.)
- Refunds for reviews that disappear from your profile are handled under our replacement guarantee, not under this refund policy: higher-tier packages include a 12-month monitoring window with replacement at no charge if any reviews drop
- Refund of the unfulfilled portion if we cannot complete delivery within the agreed timeline
3. What Is Never Refundable
- Work that has been delivered, accepted, and is in use
- Third-party costs we paid on your behalf (advertising spend, hosting, licenses, manufacturer certifications)
- Customized or written content you have already received or published
- Reviews already posted to your Google Business Profile (these are covered by the replacement guarantee, not the refund policy)
4. How to Request a Refund
Step 1 — Within 14 days of purchase

Step 2 — Outside the 14-day window
Email [email protected] with your order number (format: SR-2026-XXXX), the reason for your request, and any supporting context. We respond within 2 business days.
Step 3 — If approved
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Card refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days
- PayPal refunds usually appear within 1–3 business days
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, the dispute process is handled by your bank and our payment processor on our behalf. We strongly prefer that you contact us first — most issues are resolved faster through [email protected] than through a chargeback.
